GUARANTEE All newly planted and transplanted items are guaranteed by the landscaper for one full year from the date of completion of the landscape. This does not include coverage for catastrophic events that may fall under the homeowners insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to provide reasonable care for the new landscape, i.e., watering, fertilization, weed control, pruning, etc., to enhance and ensure survival of the plants. The homeowner should notify the landscaper at the onset of any problems that may arise. Changes may be made to the landscape during the guarantee period as agreed by both the landscaper and the homeowner. For example, if the homeowner is not satisfied with any new plant in the landscape, an exchange may be made. The homeowner may incur an additional charge, depending on the size and value of the new plant. However, if the exchanged plants are of equivalent cost, there is no additional charge. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Another landscape contractor may perform services for the homeowner (e.g., mowing, weeding, mulching) without nullifying the guarantee provided that the work does not cause the original contractor additional risk. Accidents such as mower or weed-eater damage are not the responsibility of the original contractor. |
